I get a good vibe from this trailer (though hopefully this is the last one until release, I still want some surprises). It seems dark, serious, and a little bit cheesy all at the same time. Feels like a Heisei series movie. 

Hmmmm... It almost looks like one of Bandai's super deformed Tokyo Vinyl figures.  They've done Final Wars Godzilla and 1974 Mechagodzilla so far, and plans for King Ghidorah and Minilla were put on hold.  Could this be part of this line?  Unlikely, seeing as how the first two figures didn't sell well, but still a posibility!

Yeah, I REALLY wouldn't take this too seriously.  I hardly ever even think about IMDB, I have no use for it.  But apparently it attracts trolls like misogynist pigs to a Playboy convention.  Have no worries, my fellow G-Fans... this movie will be incredible. :)

damn... Looks like that screen shot of Godzilla on the Golden Gate Bridge from a while back wasn't concept art but was actually a scene... Looks like some school buses of kids are goina get taken out. This movie is really going all out in the human cost department

As a lifelong Godzilla fan....I'm choaked with so much overjoyed emotion. Mark down May 16th, 2014...as the date for the Godzilla movie we've waited our entire lives for! Just look at this trailer! I'm almost speechless. So many emotions. That's all I have to say.

There will be a few easter eggs for sure... a Mothra paperweight has already been confirmed.  But the twins thing is bogus.  That was resolved a LOOOOOOONG time ago.

There'll probably be some toy of Ghidorah or Mothra or something like that on a kid's shelf.

Well in this case I don't think it's someone's opinion. I think it's just someone trying to get fans' feathers ruffled because he has too much time on his hands and iMDB is the popular place to do that.

OMG Finally we get our first Close Up look of the Winged Flying Muto and our first look at Godzilla preparing to Fight him!!!!!!!! i dont think the Winged Muto will last very long he looks easy!!!!!!

Since before the title was changed, he meant if they are gonna call Godzilla as Jira (Translated as Zilla in English)

I don't think it's a question that this person didn't like it. I think he's just making a false claim about having seen it and trolling iMDB. Lets be honest, iMDB is a breeding ground for trolls. I usually walk away from there believing nothing if actually read any of it at all.

^I knew fans were going to wet themselves over the "A god." line. Pretty awesome non-the-less. Fantastic new trailer. Geez the marketing on this thing is ramping up.

I will admit I am a little nervous.  I'm starting to see tell-tell signs of a movie with possible problems.  The five minute leaked video; the 20 minute video to the special audience; the publicized comment that ToHo loved it, are all marketing ploys to pump up the audience without actually showing the movie to anyone of significants (like a critic).  The MUTOs may  actually hurt the movie, too,  because monster vs. monster has never done well with American audiences.  Even the budget of only $160 million makes me a little nervous ("Pacific Rim" was $190 million and "Iron Man 3" was $210 million).  But in the end its just a movie.  If I can survived the horrific Godzilla 1998, I can survive anything.

Holy crap, this is the best trailer by far! I'm done with trailers now. I came here curious, I am leaving satisfied. Good job legendary, this is getting an Oscar for sure.

The people discussing it really have no idea what's going on...this film is NOT a sequel to the 1954 Godzilla film.  This is a reboot to the series which means they are re imagining the character, the only thing that happened in 1954 was the Castle Bravo nuclear test that awakened him.

THAT WAS SO EPIC!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS!!!! This is definitely one of my top favorite trailers! The part with Godzilla and the Muto was unexpected and made everything even better!!!!
