MemberMothra LarvaeDec-30-2013 12:32 PMHas anyone thought that they may not use any of TOHO's kaijus for Godzilla to face and that America is going to make up their own Monsters that may in some way resemble TOHO's monsters, i just dont think that any of TOHO's monster will be appearing in any of these American Godzilla films.

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-30-2013 12:36 PMThey would have to pay a lot more money especially for ghidorah mechagodzilla Rodan and mothra also anguirus (Rodan and mothra for having original movies and anguirus for being Godzillas first enemy and the other two as important returning enemies)

MemberMothra LarvaeJan-03-2014 8:48 PMI think it would be cool to have at lease an appearance by Mothra & King Ghidorah. I mean these are probably the most famous monsters next to Godzilla? I watch the trailer again cause I miss the insect legs, but would it be safe to say the insect legs could be Mothra? And saying a spider could be Kumonga (I think that's the spider isn't it)? I mean we like to see new monsters, but it wouldn't be a Godzilla flick without the classic monsters like Mothra, King Ghidorah or Rodan. From the looks of the trailer Godzilla looks like the japanese version. That was one thing I hated about the 98 version was them changing the appearance of him. Hopely Hollywood has learn from it?

MemberMothra LarvaeJan-16-2014 5:34 PMI bet the centipede monster is the adult of a muto

MemberMothra LarvaeJan-23-2014 7:57 PMgodzilla don't need new monsters, just reimagine the old ones, making them make more sense body wise without loosing the awesomeness of their actual powers would be freakin awesome.

MemberMothra LarvaeFeb-20-2014 11:11 AMHas anyone noticed that the supposed Muto Creature in the picture and movie teaser trailer does not look like a bug?
I see skin and what looks like an internal skeleton, and not an external skeleton.
Plus has anyone seen the viral images of the supposed M.U.T.O. organization at the sights called the door to hell and the wells Sima Humboldt and Sima Martel.
I have a theory that the name Muto derives from the organization itself and not the creature. I also believe that the organization either creates or releases said creature or creatures that attack Godzilla. Second I believe that the creatures are either not insect based or not entirely insect based. I believe this because they have internal skeletons, skin/flesh on the exterior, and do not have exterior skeletons from the images that I have seen.
Tell me what you think of my hypothesis.

MemberMothra LarvaeFeb-26-2014 9:03 PMI hope the new monster is a challenge for godzilla and then there could be more monsters that would be great even though godzilla has had some enemys that almost killed godzilla like Super mecha godzilla 2 that was a great movie i hope i get to see the movie and the new enemy!

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-01-2014 11:35 PMI'm expecting three different types of monsters, although there may be multiples of each (think about MUTOs being bred to fight Godzilla)
1. "Talaghan" - the centipede critter
2. The flying MUTO we see briefly in the trailer
3. A arthropodish MUTO whose legs we see in the trailer. Lots of possibilities... could be a crab, a spider, etc

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-02-2014 12:05 PManyone else notice the giant skeleton in the trailer? Anyone else notice that ken watanabe's character is named serizawa. This movie has direct ties to the oxygen destroyer an. It would make lots of sense for the monster to be tied to that. My guess for the monster is destroyah because the mutos sorta sound like the earlier forrms of him. Anyone care to share their opinion?

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-04-2014 6:03 PMWhat do you guys think the names of the new monsters will be according to what we know? The names aren't going to be the MUTO's. It would be too confusing if that was the case.

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-04-2014 6:13 PMok let me know this,on facebook there is a guy sayin the movie is cancelled,i would like to post back to him that its still on for May16,since this the only Godzilla movie my wife will sit through to watch lol,me bein a G-fan since 1969-?

AdminGiganMar-04-2014 6:31 PM@Poppasmurf; The movie isn't cancelled at all, no idea why that guy is saying that. The trailers and movie posters have been released, if that's not proof enough I have no idea what planet that person is from...

AdminGodzillaMar-04-2014 8:24 PMThis close to release it's virtually impossible to cancel a movie. I imagine they're simply polishing the final product at this stage.

MemberMothra LarvaeApr-07-2014 5:40 AMIf the movie becomes sucessful and they choose to have a sequel, I'd like them to remodel some of the old toho monsters. The reason so is because mainstream audiences won't be able to identify themselves with the monsters we know.
Life is very simple, but we insist on making it complicated.

I haven't seen even a HINT of this centipede monster in the new trailers!! What is it and why does it seem to not be in the film anymore??? This is NOT a muto ??

Fuzzy
MemberMothra LarvaeMay-02-2014 2:00 AMThe one MUTO looks just like a cockroach with really long legs.
