Godzilla vs Wolfman: Real or Fake?

I need help identifying this. I was going through some old school Godzilla movies when I came across this particular image.

I investigated a bit further and read a bit off the Wikipedia, and according to it, its a unreleased Godzilla film titled Godzilla vs the Wolfman that never made the cut. There's not much info on it and I still ask myself if it might be a troll or something. But from what I read and searched up, it looks legit, but it could also be fake, or a knock-off, as Wikipedia's are easy to edit. Comment down if you have any more knowledge about this.
