Debate: Cut/unused Godzilla monsters would you like to see in a future film?

I've been heavily invested in the godzilla franchise since 2014 when I did my Godzilla marathon in anticipation of the first MonsterVerse film. So in these past couple of years I've been visiting wikis and forums get more out of the godzilla franchise and even wrote a few fanfictions.

Then I stumbled across cut godzilla monsters. Of all these cut monsters, Bagan (image above) looks absolutely bad ass. He was originally supposed to be appear a Mothra stand-alone movie in the 80's and then a Godzilla movie in the 90's but never was used. Essentially he is a hybrid of Godzilla and King Ghidorah, but also has his own set of powers. He also appeared in an old super nintendo game.

But wait since hedorah is actually appearing in the anime doesn't make him an official kaiju instead of scrapped one? also @sonictiger "Gamera, Destroyah, Biollante, Mecha Ghidorah" are official kaiju not scrapped kaiju

Ok, then some scrapped kaiju that I've always wanted to see were: Bagan, of course, Ghost Godzilla, and the mechaG that was going to be used in a previous draft of Godzilla vs Spacegodzilla.

"Vishnu" was just a fan nickname, although considering that a lot of the other titans have mythological or biblical names, I guess that's a good name for it.

I just wonder what the full design looked like and what abilities it could have had.
