According to this review, the FemMuto really meets a brutal fate.

The FemMuto feels a bit of animosity towards Ford. Godzilla takes advantage of this by sneaking up and surprising the FemMuto, forcing the FemMuto's jaw open, giving her a nice dose of Godzilla's atomic breath and then procceeding to decapitate her.

My thoughts? Incredibly brutal.
