I wrote a humorous reply a few pages back, but I'm glad to see some other pentagenarians here also!

I remember watching "Ghidorah, The Three-Headed Monster" as a child @ my mother's friend's house. I was actually able to talk two grown women into letting me put it on the TV.

...they laughed the entire time...

39 here- old enough to have watched Hanna-Barbera Godzilla when it aired on Saturday mornings.
