How do I upload my own pictures to a post?

in the window where you'd reply to a post, or begin one, there's and Icon of a box, with a triangle in it, resembling a crude mountain, or a landscape portrait. click that button, then paste the URL of the pic you want to post. then hit OK. You'll need to have the pic hosted online elsewhere tho, in order to have the URL for it. 

Ah ok I have to make my own URL too? Get it now.

In the site at the bottom of this page, you will see a section called FORUM FAQS, there is a thread called how to post images:
