MUTO Toy Revealed (via Twitter)

It looks like a mantis, I can already see how the bear-like fighting style will come into play, now we just need the toy for the flying muto.

Could the other kaiju be the one in the trailer with this limb?

that muto is a strange ugly werid looking monster.

take note even godzilla looks strange and not accurate due to this being the DESTRUCTION PACK, so expect a better looking monster

Could someone please ask the person who took these pictures to take more? I'm honestly more interested in Muto than I am in Godzilla, as I already know how he looks.

But I'm glad we finally got our first glimpse, as the embargo keeps coming closer more toys seem to be delivered. 

I wish there were more picture that show the Muto better.

Call me crazy guys, but I think that is the flying Muto, maybe it's like Otachi and the wings are hidden.  Remember, the earlier leak that said that when it was seen at the Toy fair that THIS thing was the flying Muto?  I could be wrong though

Agreed. I'm very interested in it. It looks very creepy and abstract looking. I can count eight legs on it, looks like the two front legs are more like arms, even like they kind of entertwine with each other.

I'm wondering that too. Could the wings be hidden inside those arms some where? Dunno, sure will be interesting to find out. Either way, I love the design.

the face of muto looks like legion from camera and the body from gloverfield.

@WRSMOV, yeah I see the Legion in the head, the body of Clover and/ or Otachi, and a little bit of the alien from Super 8 (I think it's the way the double set of arms are placed)

this is the second time i've been beat to posting a topic of a new leaked toy, lol. but this toy look freaking RAD! and it's cool how now we get a really good glimps at one of the new mutos! I wonder where he got this pack?

I think it's interesting how the Muto's outer arms are orange while the rest are black.  Perhaps the orange is a portrayal of the "charged punch" that we saw in the trailer, but stylized in a way that can be shown on the toy?

@SGG999, count the legs, there's eight, and no wings in sight, it's the eight-legged Muto.

Wow, those colors are absolutely horrible. It's a kid's set, I get it, but why are the buildings army green and the bridge navy blue? I'd have gone with gray plastic for the buildings and red for the bridge, assuming it's the Golden Gate.

I just noticed that the M.U.T.O figure has 8 limbs including those little hands. So don't you think this might be the 8-legged M.U.T.O. Pssshhh, I forgot the normal M.U.T.Os are suppose to be smaller than Godzilla's foot, so this obviously means something. Oh, 8-legged M.U.T.O? And if not, then that just tells us that there might be another monster in the movie. Unless, like what KAIJUGROUPIE84 said,"Call me crazy guys, but I think that is the flying Muto, maybe it's like Otachi, and the wings are hidden." Great thinking, maybe it is the Winged M.U.T.O., maybe it's not, we'll wait and see.

Pretty cool. The monster looks a lot like cloverfield though...

I really love this guy! He looks like he can pack a punch!

I also admire the fact that he "glows", it makes him look more man-made. :)

It will look a lot better in the movie. The design is cool, but the toys aren't very well donel, so it will loke awesome in the movie, much better.

MUTO is very disapointing.  Hopefully will look better in the movie.

My first impression....Don't like it. Not very interesting overall design. Like Mikeynamez just said, I hope it looks better in the movie, or they have other monsters that are better than this.

Ugh....don't judge it too soon, it's a child's toy and the final design will be far nymore detailed etc., I bet all of ye who have trashed the design will be of a different opinion come may and you are skipping merrily out the cinema haha. This however is just my opinion and I do truly respect those who may not be overly fond of what they see....so I have said my bit, please don't bite my head off 😱

I wonder if anyone who saw the 2013 comic con footage (the airport sequence) can attest to whether this is the Muto that attacked the airport or if this is a completely different creature.

I personally think that this is the eight-legged Muto. I think so because a toy of the winged Muto should actually have wings, and since this toy doesn't seem to have many details or articulations I doubt that this Muto toy can actually spread some wings.

I'm ready to see the other muto, whether or not this is actually a winged muto or not-- we just don't know. There is a chance it could be, but equally that it couldn't. Either way I'm loving the design, for me its like Clover if they had taken all the humanity out of its face and slimmed it down to its core, 'alien' like attributes.

If this isn't the winged muto, this just hypes me more to see the final, winged product. 

If is in scale muto is going to be huge, and I think as some members of this forums, muto can be hidding it wings, like a bat
