As for everyone else, stop dishing hate on Kyero. You may not appreciate his posts and I agree he can be a tad blunt with people, but slandering him or his posts makes you no better. Seriously it's astonishing how much negativity can arise from one "community". Smarten up.

Sorry to break your heart then bud, but I'm not going to change my attitude just to kowtow to the powers-that-be on this joke of a site. I look forward to seeing you scramble to cover your tracks when nothing happens next week, but I suppose I'll go back to doing that with the shroud of anonymity. Cheers.

Also, no tracks to cover if a trailer doesn't come out next week. If you could read, you'd see that I never once stated one would come out on any specific date. I said it was reported or "said to be" coming out on a date, based on other sources because that's what they were claiming. I never made such a bold statement and said for sure a trailer would come on any specific date. 

That's why you need to do your homework before you run your mouth. You look foolish. And please, grace us with your anonymity from now on, the less prepubescent douchebags we have to deal with, the better.

It'd be a bit naive to assume that Kyero isn't getting some sort of smartassed joy out of telling people they are wrong, or at least venting his unbridled furstration, either way he wouldn't be here mingling with us commoners if he didn't. Like I've stated in the past, I usually agree with him, but I get tired of seeing walls of text over explaining assumptions as fact-- that kind of pretentious display has a way of being counter productive.

Gman, your methodology of explaining yourself is far more productive than his and comes far less standoffish. Its not silly to assume he couldn't take similar measures.

One thing I'd really like to stress on this site and forum is

A: I don't understand the great fan-debate between Toho Kingdom and ScifiJapan and why its being brought here, why can't we just all get along. As kaiju fans we should just learn to accept that we are not normal and stop hating each other for it. 

B: I personally know for a fact at least four users on this forum are mentally disabled. This isn't an assumption, its from meeting them at G-fest. With that knowledge alone I've started to become a bit more tolerant to all the silly fan speculation. I'm under the assumption more people than just those four are mentally disabled.

While I'll admit in the past I was pretty mean to some people here, particularly ones who went on big rants about the MPAA somehow censoring this movie from R down to PG13 based on vague tweets, but I've calmed down a bit since then.

Its frustrating to see your fandom represented by over-zealous people who basically run around with their own assumptions as fact, smearing the name of said fandom all over the place and labeling all those who like it to be knuckle dragging dolts-- but with the knowledge I have about the mental disorders of some of the posters here... I'm trying to be a bit more compassionate and understanding and believe it or not, its easier to laugh at the silliness than to waste your life negatively reacting to it.

C: All of us have the same info and know the same amount of crap about this movie, anyone pretending to have figured anything out or have any inkling of any idea about anything is just blowing assumption filled hot air. Something we are all guilty of.

I just think being a bit more humble about this whole thing would probably lower a lot of people's blood pressure.

Jeez, I mean I know every fandom have their ups and downs, but this is just sad. :( Godzilla 2014 is coming people, in a few months to be specific, we shouldn't be fighting or stirring trouble (HannibalBarca). We should be celebrating; trailer or not.

Thats what i said too, these arguments need to stop, even though im dragged into some arguments, im not the one who really starts them.

If another argument comes up again, which it basically will of course, ill try not to go with it anymore, as for im tired of these fights happening

Well of course he gets off a little to being right, but I do to sometimes. Granted it's more evident with him, but sometimes people need a swift kick in head to get their thought process straight. I still don't see it in every post he makes, though.

It's probably correct to assume this forum caters to a younger crowd, but it would be nice if they at least continued on their way with the correct information. (Although I'm not strictly speaking about news and rumors of the upcoming film... Much of that invites shooting messages back and forth. I tend to steer clear of most of those creative assumptions. They just don't interest me.)

But regardless of age, most fandoms are like this. The Godzilla fandom as a whole has been pretty barbaric since I joined the online community in 1998. What's terrifying is this is childs play compared to the Star Trek and Star Wars fandoms. Not that that it makes it any better, but it's worth noting that most large fanbases with a considerable history are going to be bumpy no matter what.
