With luck that date will still hold even if the movie gets delayed again. At this point I'd be happy to just read the novelization!
Xenotoris it’s just a what if scenario
I don't think the kaiju need that symbiote, they're already more powerful than it
The one that comes straight to mind is King Ghidorah. If you're going off the Monsterverse version, how would Venom interact with Ghidorah as its one body with 3 individual minds?
Something to remember about Venom is that the emotions of the host influence the Symbiote, so other pure good monsters like Mothra could instead work together with the Symbiote for the good. Then again, the Symbiote is an alien lifeform and therefore disturbing the balance of nature so maybe not.
Also, I just wanted to mention that Venom with SpaceGodzilla as its host would be the most terrifying thing ever.
This was the best that could be found at the moment. Unfortunately the image is quite small:

I am not referring to the shots of them underwater but when they are in the surface and Takeda is pulling yuri to the shore.
Which shots in specific, because it seems to be Chiharu Niiyama being pulled to shore unconscious. I can't speak for the underwater shots of the characters.
Even Return of Godzilla doesn't really show casualties in the same way as Godzilla '54 and Godzilla vs. Hedorah. This is like due to the movie wanting us to sympathize with Godzilla over the political nuance.
Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack and Shin Godzilla both show casualties in disturbing ways.
I'd think you'd like this video I saw a while back. It's pretty much everything you said, but with even more monsters like Ghidorah, Anguirus and Kong.

Later: New Godzilla Vs Kong 94th Logo Revealed!
I don't like this logo, the one before was actually better.
I'm getting sick of these logos getting called "new", its just the same logo but different.
He would be a nightmare, and weak just like Darth Ghidora said.
There are actually character references for ALL of the characters from the originally revealed line-up here:

Fastest overall running speed is definitely Godzilla Junior from Godzilla: The Animated Series. He clocks in at 300mph at max, which makes sense given his streamlined theropod-like design and the appearance of his gait in the series itself.
However, the Monsterverse Godzilla is pretty much even for that title now after KOTM. As revealed by the VFX artists, they had to break physics even harder than normal to get him running to meet Ghidorah in Boston. They cited over 200mph, but calculations done by physics-minded folks have found it's actually closer to around 300mph.
In a sprint, these 2 Godzilla incarnations are the fastest around.
Ok but more importantly would he be dancing to James Brown?
That might in fact, make Godzilla weaker. Venom has a weakness for fire, and can be exploited.
Looking forward to it.
Can not wait for this.
The G2K Godzilla could charge at 24.8 mph. Given the GxM Godzilla had the same physical stats, it's likely he had the same speed.
The Heisei Godzilla, at 80m, was faster at 37.3 mph. A source using his 100m height clocks him at 40 mph.
If we're counting the '98 Godzilla, he could reach speeds of 300-500 mph. (Depending on the source.)
The Showa Godzilla's land speed is unknown, but he was able to fly at Mach 1 (767.3 mph) when he used his atomic ray as a rocket booster.
It terms of swimming speed, the Kiryu Saga Godzilla could swim at speeds of 20 knots.
The Monsterverse Godzilla has a swimming speed of 40 knots. The Heisei Godzilla at 80m is a little faster underwater and can reach 45 knots. A source using his 100m height reduces his speed to 40 knots. (Which seems unlikely, but... stats are stats.)
Meanwhile, the Anime Godzilla could swim faster than advanced subs of the 2040s. Given that the fastest known submarine (unofficially) reached 44.7 knots, that would make the anime Godzilla's speed 44.8 at minimum. But given the assumption that fictional submarines of the 2040s were likely much quicker, the Anime Godzilla is probably a great deal faster underwater than the Heisei incarnation.
Shin Godzilla looks so cool!
The original Godzilla would be able to deal some damage before dropping. Kotm Burning Godzilla would have obliterated Coruscant.
I think kotm Godzilla is one of the few Godzillas that have shown to full sprint, although I would give a chance for the famous Godzilla's drop kick.
Monsterverse sure has the potential to become a franchise as successful as the MCU, or even surpass it. But it relies on the box office numbers. If GvK is a flop...
For Godzilla to become a horror movie, that would mean turning Godzilla to the dark side. No, I don't think that will happen.
No matter who wins, who loses, there's sure to be a war among Monsterverse fans.
I'm a bit annoyed with WB on how they went about this. 3 seconds of footage, a year after we got the hard-to-see recording of last year's CCXP, and they never built off of it for the remaining 6 hours. That's terrible marketing. Why bother showing 3 seconds in a SIZZLE REEL, which mind you is to hype up what the panel is gonna discuss, if you're not even going to talk about it?
I kept watching this for hours and still hyped. I hope this movie is going to be cool.
Maybe a few folks should heed the wisdom of Tobias Beckett.

Although not much, it looks pretty good. I'm glad they didn't drastically change Kong's look.
Good for those fans. It is too bad it isn't on Netflix in the USA from what I see on my account.
TheGMan123 It appears that HBO Max beat Netflix for GvK. They must have deeper pockets. Guess I will buy the DVD/BR when it is available.
The random lack of Godzilla vs. Biollante is utterly bizarre.
I sure hope that some deal has been worked out for some immediate revenue to allow GvK to premiere on Netflix and not just HBO Max.
Even then, I think the popularity of her roles directly affect fans noticing her beauty. Many fans agree Akiko Wakabayashi is a great beauty, but she also stood out as a popular character, Princess Salano in Ghidorah: The Three Headed Monster. (Note, that no one really remembers her from King Kong vs. Godzilla.)
From what I've seen, the one that comes close is Shin Godzilla. Unfortunately, I can't think of another that embraces those same horror undertones from the original, at least not to the degree of SG.
Thank you for your reply, but I was actually asking opinions about her looks.
To be fair, she played some pretty flimsy roles.
In The Return of Godzilla her character didn't do a lot, and in Godzilla vs. Biollante the most important thing that happened to her was her death--It was the catalyst for Shiragami's story arc.
So given what little she did (which is really the fault of how little she was given to do) I can understand why she's overlooked.
KaijuWorld,
Read the article.
@TexanGodzilla
Yes.
@KaijuWorld
It is assuming that theatres will be open. So, yes, it will be released simultaneously.
Yes, I love the new Logo for GvK, wait does it mean it's going to come out at HBOmax & theaters at the same time?
